Sounds like the vegan turkey my sister made once for Thanksgiving… although it wasn’t very good. What I want now is a totally meat vegi pizza (like make what looks like vegitables out of meat), lol.

I had Daiya at a really amazing pizza place in LA called Cruzer Pizza, and I think this cheese is what it’s gonna take to kick those on the edge vegetarians into becoming vegan. It can change the world. I just moved to NYC last week and I’ve been craving this cheese, do you know where I can buy it for home cooking? I wish I knew more vegan restaurants and such, and maybe some more friends too. Thanks for having such a cool blog, i’m going to book mark it and keep reading.
